  3. Pros

    Gratis nutrient. Benefits are adequate.

    Cons

Terrible culture in store operations, coming from someone with ~7 years store feel. Everything is the store's fault and we had to bend over backwards for every ignorant and rude customer. Many managers were in positions who did not deserve to be in their positions, or were next-in-line for promotions who weren't experienced plenty. Hardly any management cared enough to show attending and respect for associates. Bounty was not even remotely shut to adequate for piece of work put in at either associate or supervisor level. Direction moves/is transferred besides frequently, cannot build relationships with assembly makes associates feel unappreciated and unimportant. Management does very little hands-on training, development and re-development with associates afterward initial onboarding; on multiple occasions had associates tell me they had to train other associates when they weren't even fully trained themselves. Production quality has gone dramatically downwardly as they focus on menu size rather than making what they already serve more flavory and better quality.

    Cons

As a supervisor, upper management wants you to be perfect. No matter how disrespectful a client gets with you, even if they come up in boozer and belligerent and literally endeavor to pick a fight with you lot they want you to just stand there and get hit. I loved the task until I was fired for not following de-escalation procedures even though I did non fight dorsum and I chosen the cops to have him removed

It gets really busy at times in the deli and drinks and yous start to stress out, just at that place will be people effectually that volition help you make the drinks or food when you autumn behind.

  6. Pros

Employee discounts, decent pay (ceo was bumping everyone to $15/hr last I heard), swag and points.

    Cons

Worst corporate interview I Always had when looking to accelerate, fired me for "task abandonment" in the middle of a medical crisis while I was filing inability paperwork for exit to get my emergency sorted. Management is extremely hitting or miss. The company expects yous to be moving effectually and doing tasks (and then making up tasks just to expect busy when yous've washed all yous can) CONSTANTLY.

    Pros

Compensation, and friendships you lot build

    Cons

No piece of work life balance at all. You're expected to exist on call 24/seven, 365 days a yr. You run across your store squad more frequently than your ain family. When you express concern over work life residuum, you're basically deemed 'lacking buying". In order to get promoted, you must 'bear witness' yourself and always be thinking of new means to increase turn a profit, fifty-fifty when your non at work. Which takes more time away from the very little time you already have with your family. Expect to ever be in that location, even in a blizzard. You're substantially forced to selection upwardly assembly considering you have to stay open up, and you're risking everyone's lives.
